My essence is somatic work. This is what I am deeply passionate about and devoted to. About 4 years ago I found myself in a really difficult place in my life, a time where I was desperately looking for professional support to help me. I very quickly realized that talking about my problems and working on my mindset wasn’t doing it. I was looking for something that takes me much deeper, that would help me face the depths of my own being and to shift things at the core.

That’s how my journey started with somatic healing and it completely changed my whole life. Having been fully disconnected from myself, my body and my emotions, to now being embodied and connected to myself,
I understand the potency and the depth of this work. I am very aware of the responsibility that comes with it. Working with trauma is nothing that should be taken light-heartedly. It is deep and profound work that requires an absolute safe setting and the right amount of support and knowledge.

I hold space for somatic work, intricate shadow work, psychedelic integration and in-depth coaching. I have been trained in all of these modalities. Yet, I would not be able to hold space to the depths that I am capable of, if I hadn’t faced the absolute darkness in my own being and continue to do so.

I am deeply devoted to my own journey of growth, continuously working with my own mentors, to be able walk this path in the most integral way.
